Reduces mouth ulcers

This is my first experience with the active vitamin B group, and I noticed that my mouth wounds healed quickly without developing cold sores. I also experienced fewer skin outbreaks before my period. The capsules are a reasonable size, and while they are a bit expensive, I would recommend them.

Helps canker sores

I don't regularly use VB mix but keep it handy for canker sores. I appreciate the small bottle of 30 pieces, as few vitamin supplements come in such sizes. I value that B12 is methylcobalamin and appears well absorbed. This brand might be pricier, but it meets these criteria. I believe the absorption is high as I notice less VB odour in my urine compared to others.

Fast relief
This supplement contains all necessary B group vitamins, and I find that taking it when I have cold sores helps them subside by the following day. The only downside is that the capsules are rather large.
